This promotional offer (“Offer”) is being provided to you by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) and is made available on the website www.ama...in, and the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank credit card and/or debit card (excluding Maestro and RuPay ICICI cards) (“Card”) (“Cardholder”).
The validity of the Offer is only on the following dates: February 04, 2021 to February 07, 2021
Under the Offer, any customer who makes a purchase of any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in or Amazon Pantry Store or Amazon Fresh on Amazon.in or Amazon app using ICICI debit/credit card issued by ICICI Bank during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive Savings as per the below slabs, provided that the order for such products is not cancelled or returned or refunded:

The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the Credit Card EMI facility provided by ICICI and NOT applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI.
The offer is Not-applicable on Debit Card EMI transactions.
The maximum value of Discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 300, irrespective of the number of orders placed or number of ICICI cards/ used.
Example (Debit Cards):

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 100

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 6000

If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 100 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 200.

If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 300 and fresh would be Rs. 0.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
ICICI and Amazon reserve the right to disqualify the customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the debit card/ credit card/Netbanking account.
Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
ICICI and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
By participation in this Offer, you hereby agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the Offer.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by ICICI or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
