Limited period offer- Customers holding a valid Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card and who have registered for this offer at https://www.amazon.in/b?node=22172585031&ref_=T&C, can avail benefit of in the form of cashback of flat INR 100 as statement credit (in the credit card account of the Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card) on a purchase transaction of a minimum value of INR 2500 for purchase of grocery at supermarkets using their Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card, which accepts such card for payment. This offer can be availed only once every calendar month during the offer period, and will be available only on the first eligible grocery transaction conducted each calendar month (during the Offer Period).
It is clarified that this Offer is available only to customers who have a valid Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card and have registered for the offer at https://www.amazon.in/b?node=22172585031&ref_...CI. The customer needs to register only once for the entire Offer Period and will be eligible for the benefit for first eligible supermarket grocery transaction every month during the offer period, only from the date of registration for the offer.

The Offer will be valid from September 01, 2020 to October 31, 2020.

The Card holder will get a cashback of an amount of flat INR 100 as a monthly statement credit within 15 days from the end of the month in which the purchase transaction for fuel (diesel or petrol) was made using the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card. To clarify, cashback for such transaction made in the month of September will be credited by October 15, 2020 and cashback for such transaction made in the month of October will be credited by November 15, 2020.

1. The limited period promotional offer, namely ’ Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card – Supermarkets grocery offer’ (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and ICICI Bank.
2. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) and the terms that are applicable to ‘Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card’ (such card, a “Card”, and such terms “Card Terms”). To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale, Privacy Notice and Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3. This Offer is valid from on September 01, 2020 to October 31, 2020 (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by APIPL and/or ICICI in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.
4. This Offer is available only to customers who:
   (i) hold a valid Card, i.e. a valid ‘Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card’ issued in India by the ICICI Bank; and
   (ii) have successfully registered at the webpage https://www.amazon.in/b?node=22172585031&ref_...CI, for the Offer.
   The customers fulfilling both the aforesaid criteria are hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customers”.
5. Under this Offer, any Eligible Customer who upon successful registration for the Offer during the Offer Period:
   (a) makes a transaction at supermarkets (which accepts the Card for payment) for purchase of grocery, of a minimum amount of INR 2500; and
   (b) makes payment for such purchase transaction using the Card,
   (such transaction that complies with both the above conditions, “Eligible Transaction”), will be eligible to receive the Benefit (defined hereunder).
6. Any Eligible Customer who undertakes the steps mentioned above, will be eligible to receive benefit in the form of a statement credit of flat INR 100 (“Benefit”) on an Eligible Transaction. The Benefit will be provided by ICICI Bank to such Eligible Customers in the form of statement credit to the credit card account (i.e. Card account) of the Eligible Customer.
7. It is clarified that the Benefit can be availed by the Eligible Customer once every calendar month of the Offer Period, i.e. only on the first Eligible Transaction conducted in every month of the Offer Period. Accordingly, this Offer can be availed upto a maximum of 2 times cumulatively during the entire Offer Period.
8. The Benefit for the every first Eligible Transaction conducted in a particular month of the Offer Period will be credited to the Card account of the Eligible Customer by ICICI Bank by the 15th day of the immediately successive month. To clarify, the Benefit for any Eligible Transaction conducted by the Eligible Customer in the month of September will be credited in the Card account of such Eligible Customer by October 15, 2020, and so on.
9. It is clarified that the Benefit will not be provided retrospectively, and will not be cumulated or carried forward for the Eligible Customer, in any event. In the event the Eligible Customer does not undertake the Eligible Transaction in any particular month during the Offer Period, the Benefit for that month will not be provided to such Eligible Customer whatsoever.
10. This Offer can be combined with any other offer being concurrently provided on Amazon.in, provided however the Eligible Customer is eligible for the offers and complies with the terms and conditions of all such offers.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that this Offer will not be applicable or available to any customer other than an Eligible Customer.
12. A customer holding a Card will only qualify as an Eligible Customer upon successful completion of registration of the Offer and not be eligible for the Offer, if the registration is incomplete, for any reason whatsoever.
13. APIPL and/or ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
14. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and/or ICICI Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
15. Under no circumstances, will the Benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL or ICICI Bank.
16. Delinquent and over-limit ICICI bank’s credit Card members will not qualify for this Offer.
17. By participating in this Offer, every Eligible Customer expressly agrees that neither ICICI nor APIPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
18. APIPL reserves the right to extend or withdraw the Offer or modify or change any of the Offer Terms, at any time without prior notice and without any liability. APIPL also reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
19. Any query / grievance in relation to the Offer or the Benefit under this Offer can be addressed to ICICI at 18001020123 (toll free) or via email to and will be entertained only up to November 20, 2020. Post such period, no communication will be entertained regarding this Offer or the Benefit.
20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
21. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by APIPL or ICICI Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
22. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
