Under “Domestic Efficient Lighting Programme (DELP)” government is distributing 7W LED Bulbs of Surya Brand at Rs 99, with a 3 year warranty. There’s a CAP of 10 LED bulbs per household or electricity bill.

How to avail this offer:
You have to carry your latest Electicity Bill along with ID proof to nearest electricity sub-station*. There on payment of Rs 100 per bulb, a user can buy a maximum of 10 bulbs.

Distribution centers for this scheme: Generally it is through local electricity power-house or sub-station but in some states its being done through private partners like authorized bill collection centers etc.
