TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Moto G Plus, 4th Gen App only cashback contest (“Contest”) and the benefits/ prizes hereunder are provided to you by Motorola Mobility India Private Limited (“Motorola”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T & Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T & Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T & Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website or mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T & Cs, these T & Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

For the purposes of these T & Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;

(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;

(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

1. This Contest will commence from May 18, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on May 22, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase a “Moto G Plus, 4th Gen” device (“Product”), listed by third party sellers on the mobile application of Amazon.in Period, provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the purchased Product should not be returned or refunded by you.

3. At the end of each day of the Contest Period, amongst all customers who purchase the Product in accordance with Section 2 above, 10 customers will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email/phone call.

4. All customers who answer the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon, will be eligible to receive Amazon.in Gift Cards (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) worth INR 14,999 from Motorola (“Prize”).

5. Please note that this is an App-only Contest i.e. you will NOT be eligible for this Contest if you purchase the Product from the desktop site or mobile site of Amazon.in.

6. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.
