This Boat Brand Days Top Spender offer (“Offer”) is provided by Imagine Marketing Private Limited (“Brand”) and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”). The Brand has provided this Offer in respect of its products branded under the brand name ‘boAt’ and sold on Amazon.in by Appario Retail Private Limited (“Seller”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.
This Offer is valid between August 24, 2021 00:00 Hrs and August 28, 2021 23:59 Hrs (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by the Brand in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, customers who purchase the Brand’s audio products from Amazon.in listed and sold by the Seller (“Product”), will be eligible to receive the Benefit as per the details given below

Eligible customers will receive the details for redeeming these offers via email and hence customers must have a valid e-mail address registered with Amazon to be able to receive the e-mail.
It is hereby clarified the customers purchasing the Product from the Seller will only be eligible for the Benefit under this Offer. The customers purchasing the Product from seller other than the Seller (i.e. Appario Retail Private Limited) and any other product other than the Product from the Seller, will not be eligible for the Benefit under this Offer.
The Benefits under this Offer are provided by Brand to the total exclusion of Amazon. By participating in this Offer, each customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the customer’s use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased or Benefit provided under this Offer.
In the likelihood that there is a tie, the customers who have bought the Products first will receive the Benefit.
In the event a customer fails to comply with any provision of these Offer Terms, such customer will not be eligible to receive the Benefits under this Offer.
The Benefits under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customers within 20 days of the delivery of the Product.
Any queries or issues in relation to the availability of this Offer should be addressed to the Brand. It is hereby clarified that all such queries will be entertained only during the Offer Period.
The customer is not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.
The participation of customer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Offer, if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the customer or the Seller or by Amazon; or (b) is returned by the customer.
Brand reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
Brand reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Benefits under the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status, fulfilment of the Benefits). The customer hereby releases Amazon and its affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon and its affiliates to conduct further, similar or other offers.
All decisions of the Brand related to the Offer are final and binding on the customer. Failure by Amazon and/or the Brand to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim against Amazon and/or the Brand by any person.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to this Offer.
The Benefit and assured gifts are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The Benefit and assured gifts cannot be negotiated or refunded, and under any circumstances, no cash equivalent will be given. Only the winner himself or herself, and no other person or agent, may claim the Benefit.
Under no circumstances, will the Benefit provided under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof.
Complimentary Amazon Prime membership Receiving the membership:

Customers will receive an e-mail from Amazon containing the Prime membership in form of a tiny URL between the period 9th-13th September
Customers must have a valid e-mail address registered with Amazon to be able to receive the e-mail Claiming Prime membership
Customer clicks on the URL and is taken to the redemption page. The code is auto applied and the customer will be asked to confirm the billing address (provided he is logged into his Amazon account)
If customer is not logged into Amazon account, he/she will be promoted to login to his/her account
If the customer does not have an Amazon account, he/she will be prompted to create an Amazon account
The Prime membership can only be claimed if the customer has a valid Amazon account
Upon confirmation of billing address, the customer’s Prime journey is activated for 1 month/3 month period depending on the partner offer.
In case the customer is an existing Prime customer, the partner offer will extend the current membership by 1 month/3 month depending on what the customer has received
