Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount provided that your HDFC Debit or Credit card is charged for a minimum amount of INR 20,000. For example, if total transaction amount is INR 30000, and INR 1,000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 29,000 is paid using HDFC card, then instant discount would be given. Similarly, if INR 11,000 is paid using APay balance and INR 19,000 is paid using HDFC Debit or Credit card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using the card is less than INR 20,000.

Is the offer applicable on debit and credit cards?
Yes, the offer is available on HDFC Credit card and Debit card EMI only.

What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per HDFC card is Rs.7,500.

What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility.

Can I avail the offer on EMI?
Yes, the offer is applicable on HDFC Credit and Debit Card EMI.

My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?

This Offer will not be applicable if Cardholder or Participating Seller or Amazon cancels the order and/or returns the Product and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. It is clarified that such cancellation or return may be for any reason whatsoever.
