6. What happens if I am eligible for more than one reward?
If you are eligible for more than one reward, you'll be able to redeem the reward that gives the best cashback on your purchase. Rest of the rewards can be redeemed in subsequent purchases

- 1. The limited period promotional offer, namely Reward on Amazon Food order ("Offer") is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd on the website www.amazon.in, the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in")
- 2. These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and the terms that are applicable to shopping on Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale or these additional terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
- 3. This Offer is valid from 16-Apr-2021 07:00:00 AM to 25-Apr-2021 11:59:59 PM ("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by Amazon, without assigning any reason, without prior notice and without liability of any kind.

During the Offer Period, any customer who places a successful Amazon Food order for a minimum value of ₹400 and chooses to make payment using any electronic payment method on Amazon.in (including credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI), will be eligible to receive a cashback of flat ₹100, for the amount paid towards the transaction.
- 5. This Offer is applicable on all Amazon Food orders
- 6. The cashback promotional benefit will be provided post-delivery of your order, in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card(s), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable into Amazon Pay balance associated with the customer's Amazon.in account. The use and redemption of gift card(s) and use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms.
- 7. The Offer is applicable only for a transaction that is successfully completed. A customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer, if the transaction is cancelled, for any reason whatsoever, by the customer, by Amazon, or by the concerned Seller
- 8. This Offer can only be availed by a customer 4 time(s) during the Offer Period.
- 9. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
- 10. All disputes relating to the transaction or the payment will be resolved in accordance with the applicable terms. All disputes between the customers and the seller (including in relation to the services) will be resolved inter se and Amazon or any of its affiliates will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve such dispute
- 11. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on Amazon.in to avail this Offer.
- 12. APIPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
- 13. Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, or fitness for a particular purpose or for performance of the Services.
- 14. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or if any of the conditions of the Offer Terms are not met.
- 15. By availing this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that APIPL or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
- 16. Any query / issue in relation to the benefits under this Offer will be entertained by Amazon only for a period of 20 days from the date of the transaction and should be addressed to Amazon customer support. Post this, Amazon shall not entertain any queries/issues.
- 17. APIPL reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
- 18. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- 19. Under no circumstances, will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof
- 20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
- 21. The customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
