I got the mail from nearbuy about t&c:

Dear Groupon / nearbuy partner,

We see that some of our partners have incorrect communication posted on their websites and we request you to immediately CORRECT the promotion content at your end about the nearbuy app wherein we are giving free credits worth Rs 300 as per below terms & conditions :

1. These credits are NOT for new installs.

2. Those nearbuy users who have received this communication via email from nearbuy are only eligible for Rs 300 credits. 

3. Those nearbuy EXISTING users who already have nearbuy app downloaded in their phone, will get Rs 300 as credits once they UPGRADE and REGISTER on their nearbuy app.

Request you to immediately incorporate these changes in all your communication on urgent basis.

Also they confirmed that they will credit 300 in my account on 5th Oct.
